Our Process

What You Can Expect from Crown Restoration Carpet Cleaning

We have a six step process that includes the following items

We Will:

  1. Inspect all areas to be cleaned
  2. Vacuum all areas being cleaned
  3. Pre-treat All Areas To Be Cleaned not just heavily soiled and traffic areas
  4. Perform light spotting*
  5. Clean using hot water extraction
  6. Groom the carpet lifting the pile

We will move all smaller furniture pieces such as:
Coffee & end tables, night stands etc., placing them back in their original location with protective tabs under the legs. We will move most sofas if requested.

We Will Not:

Move hutches, dressers, beds, clocks, china closets, sideboards, cupboards, computers, entertainment centers or other electronic equipment, sectional, modular or antique furniture. We will not move nick knacks, flower vases or other decorative pieces.

*What’s the difference between spotting and stains?:

Stains are anything remaining after cleaning and reasonable effort being made to remove the spot. Stain extraction is not included in the price agreed upon unless specifically stipulated and will incur an additional charge.

Sometimes spots and/or stains will appear during the cleaning processes that were not visible prior to cleaning. Likewise, spots may appear or reappear during the drying process, this is called wicking. Return trips to correct wicking problems are billed separately under a separate estimate.

Note: In the event of carpet repair or re-stretching; it has been factored in the estimate if larger pieces of furniture need to be moved.
